Date: Mon, Mar 22, 2021 at 2:15 PM Subject: FW: Council 220's Demand To Bargain (DTB) - Agency's Nationwide Expansion of Video Interviewing Local Officers Attached to this email, you will find the Agency’s notice of intent for expanding video interviewing to all field offices. The wording of the Agency’s notice also leads us to believe that they do not intend to limit video interviewing to enumeration issues. If this goes through, you will most likely be asked to take your RIB, DIB, SURSPO, SSIDI, RZs, Lis, etc., by video in the near future. The Union’s Demand To Bargain (DTB) the issue is also attached to this email. This is not the first time we have addressed the video issue with the Agency. We have an arbitration coming up in June over the first time we addressed the video issue with the Agency. And, I followed up with the Agency today on 3 other times we filed DTB’s over issues involving the mandatory use of video - I have attached a copy of that follow-up to this email as well. Just trying to keep everyone informed. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. In Solidarity, Bill Price First Vice President, AFGE Council 220 Download: ![]() |
