Managers,

The agency’s goal is to maintain our commitment to quality, while also easing the burden on managers.  With this in mind, Central Office (CO) made a decision to reduce the volume of PQR reviews.

Effective immediately, managers may reduce PQR to one review per employee per month.  Additionally, CO recommends supervisors and reviewers focus on the following reviews due to COVID-19 pandemic-related processing changes, workloads with high error rates and volume; however, offices may continue to review other workloads as needed.
